CncKad is the only system that combines the functions of drawing and processing in one module: geometry, dimensions and processing technologies (stamping / cutting) are completely interrelated – when you change the drawing, the dimensions and processing are automatically updated!

Drawing is an efficient and at the same time easy-to-use two-dimensional (2D) drawing module that supports, in addition to a complete set of conventional drawing tools, special tools for working with sheet metal, including: creating notches, chamfers, mates; Automatic detection and correction of non-closed contours, form recognition, verification of drawings and the use of True-type fonts.
Processing – automatic and interactive graphics processing for stamping technologies, as well as laser and plasma cutting, autogenous and waterjet processing, including: automatic repositioning, avoiding clamps, strip processing, sheet cutting, support for Wilson Wheel tools, minimizing tool rotation and creating detailed Reports. This module also supports automatic punching and cutting, the use of special tools, repositions, joint cuts and so on.
AutoNest – automatic layout of complex shape parts for optimal use of the material, using such functions and / or tools as interactivity, grouping, grilling, filling holes, creating repetitive nestings, automatic transfer of DXF to UE, creating detailed reports.
Post Processor – Post-processors generate effective QC codes including subroutines (Macros), optimization of tool trajectory, minimization of revolver rotation of the machine, and support of such machine functions as lubrication, vacuum and ram-rate control.
Simulation – Graphical simulation of the operation of the UE makes it possible to easily edit the UE codes while viewing the processing results. The UE is automatically checked for errors such as missing parameters, problems with clamps, going out of the table and so on.
The option “UE in DFT” allows you to convert the finished NC codes back to the drawings and simulate their processing.
The DNC-DNC module supports the sending of PC files to the machine controller and their receipt, and also supports the batch transfer of data and the extraction of the finished PU codes from the machine controller.
Import and export – 3D integration with Solid Works®, SolidEdge®, Autodesk® Inventor® and ProE® via an associative link and reading files directly from AutoCAD®.
