Semiconductor Module Semiconductor Module provides extensive opportunities for analyzing the operation of semiconductor devices at the level of fundamental physics. In particular, it supports the modeling of P-N transitions, bipolar transistors, MOSFET elements (based on field metal-oxide semiconductors), MESFET elements (metal-semiconductor field-effect transistors), thyristors and Schottky diodes.
