Key Functions Isight
Building a model
File Sets File sets are a new and improved way to define dynamic arrays of incoming and outgoing files.
They allow you to configure the file arrays by locating the file and matching the file.
The size of the file array is determined during the run of the program and each time it can change.
The content of the file set can be sorted by name (in alphabetical order) or by the date of the change.
Replacement of the Jobid keyword The new keyword {jobid} corresponds to the current Jobid ID in Isight.
The replacement of the keyword {jobid} is performed in the file parameters and in the components.
Replacing the User keyword The new {user} keyword is the name of the user who launched the task offline in Isight.
In previous versions, the keyword {user} was available only in SEE.
Component Enhancements:
Component CATIA V5 Additional support in Isight parameterizing the number of layers of layered composite material. Valid values: integers greater than 0. The order of array elements corresponds to the order of layers set in CATIA.
Additional support in Isight parametrization of layers of composite material and main directions.
The admissible values of the orientation angle of the fibers of the layer in Isight correspond to the values established in the CATIA model.
The parameters are now fully preserved when going from Isight to CATIA and vice versa.
The ANSYS Workbench development environment component The ANSYS Workbench development environment component has been improved and now supports the geometric contiguity function. When you import a geometric data file (for example, CATIA V5) into the ANSYS Workbench (* .wbpj) model and create design parameters with reference to geometric parameters, you can update these parameters using the component via the geometry interface.
To support this ANSYS Workbench function, the parameters of the new file are automatically created using the component.
Runtime Gateway Visuals
Correlation table The new visual correlation table displays the heat map of the correlation values between the selected incoming and outgoing parameters. In addition, the table helps users quickly identify highly correlated pairs of incoming and outgoing parameters. Finally, it displays the same data as on the correlation map, but they are presented in a different form.
Lines of minimum / maximum values in the historical data table Gray gray / low values have been added to the historical data table, where the parameter values are displayed as part of a row of values in this column. The data in the rows is updated in real time as the simflow program is executed and new data is added to the table.
Improved graphs based on data sets In previous releases of Isight, it was impossible to create graphics based on data from two different arrays.
Now Isight supports graphs, which are created using data from two different arrays. For example, based on the “shift / time” and “force / time” relationships, the user can easily create a graph that reflects the “force / shear” relationship.
This greatly simplifies the process of subsequent processing of arrays of historical data of the Abaqus component.
Tools for generating license usage reports A new utility that allows you to create reports about the history of the use of Isight licenses.
Allows you to read data from the event log on the Dassault Systemes license server (DSLS) or from the FLEXnet debug log and personalize the report, depending on the user’s preferences.
Output data to a standard output device or to ASCII files of various formats (table, csv, json).
