Multi Host Plugin
The full-featured Silhouette interface for roto, painting and compositing can now be run as a plug-in from
industry standard VFX applications.
In previous versions, the “Silhouette Paint” plugin was limited to drawing functions only.
The entire Silhouette node-based workflow for advanced effects is now a plug-in for After Effects,
Premiere Pro, Nuke, Fusion, Resolve, Flame and Vegas Pro.
The Silhouette Multi-Host Plugin Now Comes with All Silhouette 2022 Individual Application Licenses
or can be purchased as a separate option.
Correction
lens correction A new lens correction node based on silhouette tools allows you to quickly calibrate and correct
lens distortion for complex effects tasks.
Draw an undistorted view or create and export an ST map for other host applications. Lens correction unit
built on the common technology of the Mocha Pro lens module.
New Roto & Editing Tools
Brush Reshape uses a round brush to automatically select and then move points as you click and
drag and drop them using the Magnetic Reshape behavior.
Collapse the dots and distribute. Collapses the selected points into a very small area that can be distributed later
between surrounding points. This is useful for shapes whose difficulty changes over time.
Point groups. Point groups can be predefined and then quickly edited as a group using the tools
Reshape and Transform.
Divided figures. Similar to the “Split Edit” feature in non-linear editing systems, where a clip is split into two parts,
the Split Shapes feature is useful for shapes that transform from simple to complex and vice versa.
Weighted multiframe. Using the new Fade In/Fade Out parameters, keyframe adjustments can be dynamically weighted
for user-defined periods of time to control the intensity of the adjustment across multiple keyframes.
New validation and approval and user interface improvements
Annotations assigned to objects (shapes, layers, trackers) can now be displayed in the viewer.
It’s a useful review and approval tool for artists to easily review notes from their supervisors.
